Recept

Kipschijfjes
- keukenmachine gebruiken om van kipfilet, bosui, knoflook, gember, rode en groene pepers, citroengras, lichtgekookte kouseband etc gehakt te maken
- schijfes maken en ca 5-10 min per kant bakken
- serveren met zoete chillisaus

Tom yam soep
- water in pan
- tomaten kleine snijden en in pan, 15-30 min
- theelepel (voor 4 pers) tom yam pasta
- schijfjes champignons, stukjes dungesneden wortel, stukjes pak soi etc 5-10 min meekoken

Sate
- grotere stukjes van kipfilet gebruiken om blokjes voor stokjes te maken
- marineren in mix van satekruiden en (thai) soyasaus, 1-24 uur
- 1-15 min per kant zachtjes bakken

Kipcurry
- kipfilet in kleine stukjes snijden
- paar minuten bakken
- groene thai curry pasta en kokos in heet water mengen en toevoegen
- 30 zachtjes op vuur

Wokgroente
- peultjes en schijfkes wortel paar min koken
- stukjes champignons, paksoi, paprika etc toevoegen
- 3 min koken met scheutje chinese rijstewijn (bijv shaoxing)

Groene chinese groenten
- kai choi, kai lan etc (zie http://k43.pbase.com/u21/selvin/large/12539682.Hilo006small.jpg)
- stomen of enkele min koken

Toetjes
- mango pudding, merk Cocon

Ice Sculptures at Madurodam





















Visited 'Magic Ice' in Madurodam, an Exhibition of Chinese Ice Sculptures (February 16th until May 7th 2006). The sculptures, which are carved from gigantic blocks of ice by a team of Chinese artists, were exhibited in a covered hall of 1000 m², where the temperature is kept permanently at -10 °C.

Snowy day




















Fair bit of snow today and was lucky enough to be home early otherwise I'd have been stuck in traffic for a couple of hours.
